5 Blueprints for your life

Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity, and honor. Proverbs 21:21

I was talking to a dear friend a couple of months ago, he is more like a father to me, to be honest, whenever I talk to him, or just exchange messages, he is always there to give me a word of encouragement, the good word, and advice. So we end up talking about life and how to live life on earth, by which rules and values and principles to live. And what God gives each and every one of us, and what we need to do with the life that He gives us. I will separate 5 “blueprints” that every person has, and you can think about and ponder about them.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Time is very tricky to handle sometimes, sometimes it is consumed by others or boss at work. But the time you have been given outside of work, how do you spend it? Do you use that time to spend on your family, or friends, or video games, or making money and earthly riches, or maybe on personal growth and developing yourself? …think about how do you spend your time… because the hard truth is you don’t have much. The moment we are born into this world, the clock started ticking. It is up to the individual person how he chooses to spend his time. But ask yourself this, when your time comes to leave this place, how many people will come to the funereal of yours, are you going to be honored that you use that time for benefit of yourself or others.

My advice to you is, to impact someone else’s life in a good way, be an example in your community in your neighborhood. Spend time with your family and kids, spend also time with yourself and with the one that gives that time in the first place, GOD. Thank him for what he is doing in your life and I guarantee you no matter the outcome he Will is with you always. Now, you have to respect the time you have been given, and to work hard and smart, with passion. “during the time of Johann Sebastian Bach, he was living without both parents at one point in his young life, and he was living in poverty. After a while, he discovered that he has a talent for music, the way he spends his time was on his new family and personal development, writing songs. People and friends use to comment about him, that he was working and living like he is always in rush, and that always he was looking like he is out of time”. The point that I am making is, how do you look when you spend your time? The truth is neither me nor you have it that we can spare it, work diligently on what you love the most with energy and passion, and develop yourself and character that you have to be in use for others as well. And most importantly God and family are in the first place.

The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. Proverbs 21:5

Today unused is lost. A talent unused is lost. An ability unused is lost. Make sure that all of your talent, and ability, and mentality, and ingenuity, and vitality, and strong feelings, faith, courage, make sure that all you’ve got is being used, otherwise, you lose. A talent is something that you are instinctually born with that gives you unique skills and abilities. Talent is set apart from knowledge in that, it is not a learned behavior, although it can be strengthened and practiced. The Bible tells us that we are all born with distinct talents and gifts that set us apart from each other. When you discover the talents that God has given you and you use them to glorify Him, you will experience a full life “To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did“. Even if you fail at something, that does not mean you have to stop doing it. Tomas Eddison made 1000 failed experiments, but 1001st was a lightning bolt. So don’t be discouraged to fail, don’t be afraid to fail as well. Less Brown made an analogy about it, it says: ” imagine you’re on your deathbed and standing around your deathbed are the ghosts representing unfulfilled potential, the ghosts of the ideas you never acted on, the ghosts of the talents you didn’t use. And they are standing around your deathbed angry, disappointed, and upset. They say, we came to you because you could have brought us to life they say, and now we have to go to the grave together“. So I ask you, how many ghosts are going to be around your bed when your time comes? Use your talents, search for them, ask for them, study them, work for them. Be strong and of good courage, because God your Lord is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. Luke 12:23

What do you value in life to consider a treasure? As for me, the treasure is your family and respected friends that you have around in your life. What do you have in life that you can consider treasure, that is long-lasting and that actually you can even take it to your grave because we both know, you cant take the money, your cars, houses, and all earthly possessions. Real wealth is really what you are and what you become as a developed person, the character of a man is the most valuable thing on earth, for me at least. The funny thing is, the Library is a very good treasure to have, books that saved your life, books that change your life, and the way you’re thinking. The best book that changes my life for sure is the Bible. The word of God can teach you so much about yourself, and about everything else in life. It will guide you and protect you. Your library is very important, the books that instructed you, fed your mind, and fed your soul, are some of the greatest gifts you can leave behind that will develop the person you become. Life is indeed more than food, and this body is more than just for clothing. Take care of your treasure inside of you, the spirit that is in you is very important, to feed it with the right mindset, with the right beliefs. And always, stand guard at the doors of your mind and heart.

Ephesians 4:1-6
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace

What is your calling? What are you passionate about? At the moment where you are, do you work with all your heart, soul and mind, and strength? Very rarely someone finds a calling, that’s so much strength and passion in it. The year is 2021, and times are not getting better. But in this world of “self-help”, “self-rich “, everything is about “self”, my own things, my money, my life, etc. you get the point. But to have a calling is to work for something greater and higher than ourselves, something that money cant buy. Something that you will be happy to wake up and work on that. To work with all your heart and that nobody can discourage you in the process. Calling is helping others, but in a way it is also a selfish act because the more you help others, the more joy you will have and fulfilled life and happiness. I, for example, find my calling in writing Blogs about personal development and faith, something that would potentially touch someone’s heart, and when that happens I know I am on the right path. Helping others is the noblest of all the jobs on earth. Follow your heart, and most importantly follow God. “Finding your calling is like finding your whythe reason you exist, your purpose for living. When you do that, it changes everything.” —John C. Maxwell

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 – “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”

In the 21st century, there are more unhealthy people than healthy, or the number is almost equal. What do you do, to keep yourself healthy, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and bodily? Do you work on yourself regarding your health more than on your material stuff? I bet for some people, if their temple (body) is an expensive car, they would take care of it every day, take it out for a ride (workout) put the best gas money can buy (natural food ). But the body is more than just clothing and more than to eat. Do you keep your spiritual life in check? when is the last time you read a good book in the past 3-6 months? Do you keep your journal about your health, or you just live and treat your body how the commercials and media are telling you. Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live. Exercise every day be strong in your God-given body, choose the simplest food and homemade food you have, and fuel yourself with health. Mental health is also very important, develop yourself and grow with constant growth in knowledge, don’t allow yourself to stagnate and stop growing, personal development is a lifetime process. The spiritual and emotional part of your temple is the core of your temple “ It is written in Proverbs 4:23: “Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.” In other words, do your utmost to keep your heart pure, because you are your heart – all of your life comes from your heart “. The greatest example that I found in my life that helped me is the Bible, the word of God that is a living word, and it will change your life for good. You will never be the same, but you will be the best version of yourself. So do your best to keep your temple healthy and strong, to be of benefit for yourself, your family, and to the good of others.
